How to order: Our Mini Portraits can only fit up to 5 subjects total (persons or pets). Therefore, if you try to select an option that exceeds 5 persons/pets, you will not be able to click the “submit & next” button or order. If this happens to you, please go back and double-check that your selections add up to 5 or less subjects.

DESCRIPTION:

Similar to live art portraits, each 4.5x6 portrait will be painted bust & up in our signature style! We pay close attention to the details so the individual is recognizable and distinct.

You can mix and match persons + pets to add up to four subjects in total (they each count for 1 subject).

SHIPPING INFO:

Your tracking number will be sent once the artwork is ready to be shipped. Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks for painting and shipping.

MATERIAL:

Portraits are painted on 4.5x6 luxe Watercolor Paper. For a larger scale painting, please fill out our custom inquiry form.

ADDING A FAMILY NAME?

If you selected to “Add Family Name” in the dropdown below, please type your family name in the form that pops up when you click the “Submit & Next” button. You may write up to 5 words max. The name will be calligraphed in black ink unless otherwise specified.

PHOTO REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS:

PLEASE REVIEW THE GOOD vs. BAD PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW PRIOR TO HITTING THE “SUBMIT & NEXT” BUTTON.

After you click the “Submit & Next” button, a form will pop up with order information. You will be instructed to upload reference photos as part of this form. In order to capture individual likeness, we need clear photo references.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PHOTO(S) INCLUDE:

• Please make sure the subjects are facing forward towards the camera.

• Please provide a photo that shows the size difference for persons and/or pets.

• Natural lighting that shows hair and skin tone (no filters please)

• Make sure your first and last name are in your photo file name upon submission

  • For Example: Photo-Reference-01-Jane-Smith.jpg

ADDITIONAL TIPS:

1. One photo is best! If you don't have one photo that captures all of the requirements, please limit 1 photo per person or pet. If there is a specific detail you'd like to include, make sure you let us know under the Photo Comment Box in the following form (i.e. “Mom has blonde hair (looks darker in photo)”.

2. For outfits, we'd recommend clothing with patterns or pops of color. For wedding dresses, we pay extra attention to the details so it stands out from the white background.

3. If you'd like to change out a specific detail, please make sure to include a photo reference and let us know under the Photo Comment Box in the following form (i.e. changing the color of groom's tie, add a bouquet, etc.)
