New beginnings

I can't believe Chasing Linen turned two this past week!

It's been such a rush doing what I love to do for the past two years and I'm so grateful for the place I am now. If you haven't seen my recent Instagram post, I made the big leap to quit my day jobs to pursue Chasing Linen full-time. I've been thinking about it since the beginning of summer and two weeks ago, I turned in my notice and today is the first official day of being self-employed! Saying goodbye to my amazing co-workers at Anthropologie was definitely bittersweet but I know it was the right decision to make. I've been wanting to have something of my own since I can remember and this time, I want to give it my best shot. I'm grateful for the organic growth of the shop but it has come to a point where I had to make a decision of either shutting it down or going into it full on. I've been so lucky to have loyal customers who have been so patient as well as gaining new followers who are excited about my line, but I know there's so much more I can do if I just give it all of my effort. I couldn't have done it without my support system and am so grateful for each of you! I have butterflies in my stomach and hardly can contain my excitement for this new chapter of my life :)

I have lots of new upcoming products that I'm excited to release in the next coming months. The newest item to be added in the shop is this Donut Worry card, which also happens to be very relevant in my life. It's a quirky/fun reminder to throw those worries away and BE HAPPY. It's a simple choice to make— choose happiness, choose donuts! ;)
