Holiday Portrait Card

This agreement constitutes an order for design services. The client herby releases the designer to all use to share and publish the artwork. Personal photographs will not be shared to the public.

All communication between designer and client will be done via email
All proofs will be provided in digital form.
Client understands that the Design rendered comes with a maximum of one revision. Minor edits such as name changes or spacing are allowed. Repainting or adding in new details are not accepted as a complimentary revision. If the client would like to add new details, there will be an added fee and/or delay of turnaround.
On signing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the designer will reserve the date and times ranges agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific date and time frame. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.
The client has placed the order and submitted the payment through CL's website. If there are additions made beyond the original product purchased, Client will be billed a separate invoice.
The client may not alter the design in any way. Client will use the design rendered by designer for personal purposes ONLY.
All portraits or designs made by Chasing Linen are their property, will remain their property and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Client must use the artwork only on the item/project it was originally intended for. If the Client wishes to use the design on other items/projects, they must notify Chasing Linen and pay the licensing fee to reuse the artwork. If Artwork is used outside of the original intent without Chasing Linen's permission, it is a violation of the agreement and legal action will ensue.
Designer will do their best to package items that are shipped and will send out a tracking # once shipped. The designer is not responsible for loss of package or damages caused during travel. Please note, post offices are third party companies and designer is not responsible for the outcome of their services.

Availability, Errors And Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mis-priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chasing Linen and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chasing Linen.
